Week-long Event Highlights Dozens of Communities, Promotes New Home Sales throughout the State

 

Hamilton, NJ – The New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the Star-Ledger/NJ.com will present the “New Jersey New Home Showcase” parade of homes from Saturday, May 15 through Sunday, May 23, 2010. Many of the state’s best-recognized homebuilders are participating in the event, and will be showcasing dozens of new home communities throughout New Jersey. The event will be featured in print, online and radio promotions beginning May 1^st and running through May 21^st.

 

“Everyone interested in purchasing a new home this spring is encouraged to take part in the New Jersey New Home Showcase and take advantage of the various incentives being offered by the participating communities,” said NJBA President, Tom Critelli. “The spring home buying season is in full-swing, and we have seen encouraging signs in the marketplace recently about new home sales. This event will help continue that forward momentum in New Jersey.”

 

As part of this event, prospective homebuyers can enter to win a $10,000 cash give-away sponsored by the Star-Ledger by visiting any of the participating communities and completing the required entry form.
