Member Incentive Program - Request for Proposal
NJBA seeks to expand the scope and increase the performance of the Member Incentive Program. Through this RFP process, we hope to develop a long-term contractual relationship with leading providers from a variety of product and/or service disciplines.
The selected vendors will need to demonstrate in their proposal the following minimum standards:
- They are a well-known and respected leader in their respective industry. Include resumes of key management personnel of the firm and members of your team who will spearhead the program.
- The company is now a member or will commit to join at least one of the four Local Affiliate Associations that comprise the membership of NJBA for as long as the program remains active.
- A commitment to invest in an aggressive marketing campaign promoting their product and/or service offering to maximize its potential. Include information about
- a. product launch details
- b. on-going marketing activities
- Outline a competitive, performance-based compensation incentive to NJBA – in addition to the marketing investment referenced above; and a program to track activity.
- Contain a clear economic value to the membership that cannot be obtained in the open market or derived from another source outside of this program.
- Dedicated to investing in the NJBA membership via advertising, event sponsorships, exhibiting at ABC, and supporting state and local associations through active participation in Boards and Committees.

Health Benefit Plans for NJBA Members
It is no secret that the cost of healthcare and other benefits is continuing to increase. The New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) recognizes that having access to quality health benefits at a reasonable cost is important to a majority of its members. That is why it developed the NJBA Member Benefits Trust (MBT).
NJBA Members now have the opportunity to participate in quality group Health, Dental and Life Benefit Plans through the Association Master Trust, a not-for-profit self-funded group benefit program created and run by participating Association Trustees. NJBA joins a select group of associations throughout New Jersey that are uniquely positioned to provide these benefit options to its members.
